Tesla Store and Service Center – Tucson – Arizona – CLOSED

This company makes scheduled appointments in advance then the day of the appointment they seem to always send out a email/text and try to change it. They don’t even have enough professionalism to call to REQUEST an appointment change, they just text it to you so no-one has to actually talk/tell you they would like to make a change with your approval. So let’s see, you get people to cover you at work, you stay home that day to make your Tesla available to the service tech. then at the LAST MINUTE Tesla doesn’t even have the courage to call and request a change, they just make it and BOOM, done deal without a discussion. Yes, Tesla IS a different kind of car company!!!!! I am sure the corporate office is so proud of how they handle things with the customers the same customers that actually took a HUGE chance in buying this car initially. We helped this company become who they are today and as a result, Tesla’s position is to give us the finger. Maybe they could follow other successful automakers lead. How about if I take the car to them, they give me a loaner, correct the problems with the car they manufactured, I return the loaner, and drive my car away as a happy customer. Wouldn’t that be the way a “caring” car company would handle this situation?? Be sure to do your research before buying a car from this company.
